Help the survivors of horror : $1,000 = 1 person saved
On October 7th, a terrible pogrom struck Israel, resulting in over 1,200 deaths and leaving thousands of people traumatized.
The France Israel Foundation is urgently appealing to your generosity to support these survivors. The psychological care for one person costs $1,000.
Our goal is to support 1,000 individuals, totaling one million dollars.
Currently, we already have $500,000, and the first support groups have already begun.
With your help, we will be able to fund all these therapeutic groups, providing them with one session per week for a duration of 4 months. Together, we can give the survivors hope and the necessary tools to recover.

The deaths number is in the hundreds. Without a doubt, some French families will be bereaved. If these families wish to reach Israel and live in the provinces, they may wish to reach Roissy-CDG by train. I will centralize any requests on this specific point. The creation of the France-Israel Foundation, recognized as being of public utility, wanted and initiated by the President of the French Republic, Mr. Jacques CHIRAC, whose idea he shared in July 2005 with the Israeli Prime Minister, Mr. Ariel SHARON, is both a melting pot and a catalyst for the strengthening and deepening of ties between the peoples of Israel and France in all segments of the respective civil societies.

Better understand to better engineer
« An unique relation, where the humain dimension is essential, is lying Between France and Israel. In this regard, there is no need to mention the importance of the francophone presence in Israel as well as the presence of the Jewish community in France, which is the third largest in the world. But this relation henceforth needs to reach a new milestone. While the two states discuss regularly all the shared-interests issues, while the economic and cultural relations never cease from growing, yet, there is still missing, between the public opinion in the two countries and particularly the young generation, a mutual awareness and understanding, that indicates the quality and the richness of the links, built between the two countries more than fifty years.
Thus, it is a great pleasure for me to welcome the launch of the Foundation. With this Foundation in place, the actions of the governments will be extended toward the two societies, dissipating stereotypes and lack of understanding, which appear too often. The Foundation will accompany and amplify the already flourishing initiatives, in all the fields of the economic life, culture, academy and science in order to give body to the friendship between the two countries » .
